Pick a tour and a date. Groups are capped at 10 so nobody's shouting over traffic. You'll get a confirmation email with the exact meet-up point.
2Bring ID, we bring the rest
Valid government ID showing 21+ is required — no exceptions, it's the law. Your guide handles the route, the stories, and the dispensary intros. Purchases at stops are optional and yours to make.
3Ride, learn, enjoy
Walk the neighborhoods, hear the history, ask anything. We end at a licensed lounge where you can relax legally — plus every guest gets our guide to consuming safely and respectfully in NYC.

Questions, answered
Is this actually legal?
Yes. Adult-use cannabis is legal in New York State for people 21 and over. We only visit state-licensed dispensaries and legal consumption spaces, and your guide covers the rules — where you can and can't consume — so you stay on the right side of the law the whole time.
Is cannabis included in the ticket price?
No — and that's by law. Your ticket covers the guide, the route, lounge access, and the experience. Any purchases you make at licensed dispensaries are separate, optional, and entirely up to you.
Do I have to consume to join?
Not at all. Plenty of guests come for the history and the neighborhoods. The Roots of NY Weed tour has no consumption stops at all.
What should I bring?
A valid government-issued ID (21+), comfortable shoes, a MetroCard or OMNY-ready phone, and water. New York does the rest.
What's your weather / cancellation policy?
Tours run rain or shine — light rain is very New York. Full refunds up to 48 hours before departure, and we'll always offer a reschedule first if weather gets serious.
